Western day-ahead power packages were mixed Friday for Monday-Tuesday delivery amid sinking gas prices and mild, shoulder-seasontemperatures.Palo Verde on-peak day-ahead rose $5.25 to price in the high $40s/MWh on the Intercontinental Exchange, above the month-to-dateaverage of $42.25. Similarly, SP15 day-ahead jumped near $13.75 to thelow $50s/MWh on ICE.Southwestern off-peak packages trended down across the board,mirroring regional gas prices.
