Southwest, Rockies gas mixed as demand backs off

Southwest and Rockies natural gas prices were mixed on Thursday asdemand backed off from the spike that the market experienced earlierin the week.The cash price for SoCal city-gate fell 7 cents on the day to $3.11/MMBtu. Similarly, the cash price for Kern River, delivered, fell 27.5 centson the day to $2.59/MMBtu. There was downward pressure on theregion as demand fell.
