E.ON's planned 1,700-MW power station asset swap with Electrabel of Belgium, and sale of further capacity to German utility ENBW, announced December 17, received mixed reviews from BNE, Germany's association of new energy suppliers.rnThe organization, which represents independent generators, welcomed "the complete divestment of capacity to a new energy player in Germany.
