Total, Rosneft close to deal

French oil major Total expects to announce a cooperation deal with state oil company Rosneft in the near future, and is hopeful to reach targets set for the company's Kharyaga project in northern Russia, Total Exploration and Production Senior Vice President Arnaud Breuillac told Platts in an interview. "I am quite sure very soon we'll have something to say, both us and Rosneft, on some project we'll be doing together," Breuillac said on the sidelines of a conference in St. Petersburg.
