The Federal Antimonopoly Service has defined 26 freeflow zones that may end up with limited competition on the long-term capacity market, Alfa Bank said September 4, citing media reports.rnThis is out of a total of 29 zones where regulators are planning to set price caps on tariffs for old capacities. However, the reports mentioned that the Siberian, Urals and Central Russia flow zones might avoid these caps. These three zones make up almost 40% of Russia's total installed capacity.
