Nordic reservoir levels above 90 TWh for the fourth straight week

Nordic reservoir levels fell slightly to 92.8 TWh, or 73.5% of totalnominal capacity, in the week to Nov. 21 (Week 46), Nord Pool datashowed Nov. 24.The median value for reservoir levels during the same period over2001-2020 was 80.9%, according to the Norwegian EnergyDirectorate (NVE).Norwegian reservoirs levels continued to hover around 62 TWh,recording 62.1 TWh in Week 46. Data from transmission systemoperator body Entso-E showed that reservoir hydro generation fell263 GWh to stand just above 2 TWh of total output, while the run-ofrivergeneration dropped 27 GWh to 575 GWh of total output, asmixed weather saw a slight reduction in rainfall and river inflowsacross the week.
