Polish power consumption in May increased 9.39% year on year to13.63 TWh, the country’s transmission system operator PSE said June16, thanks to lower average temperatures and an easing ofcoronavirus-related restrictions.Power generation rose 17.3% to 13.13 TWh, largely due to a 40% risein hard coal-fired production.
