To accommodate and account for state and other retail-level nefforts to install smart meters and implement dynamic retail nrates, PJM Interconnection has proposed a framework for load-nserving entities and market participants to tell PJM that their nloads will reduce to specific levels in response to certain prices, ncalled price-responsive demand.
