The Department of Energy has notified “dozens” of renewable nenergy project developers that because of a looming deadline and nfunding limits they likely will not receive loan guarantees any ntime soon under the Section 1705 loan guarantee program that nCongress established in 2009 to encourage the development of ncutting-edge renewable projects, a DOE official said Wednesday.
