The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approvednNorth American Electric Reliability Corp.’s proposed 2013 budgetnof $52.25 million, which is down 1.6% from the currentnyear’s. But FERC also took a suggestion that its staff and industrynhad made, to have NERC start defining criteria for whethernspecific activities are eligible for funding under the FederalnPower Act.
