Telestack, specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of mobile bulk material handling systems, has appointed Martin Dummigan as its new Managing Director with immediate effect. Martin will be responsible for setting and achieving Telestack's goals and objectives and will report to the Group Vice President Aggregates & Mining, Jeff Elliott.
