The development, where work was halted several years ago when the recession took hold, has recently been revived by Cumnor Construction and consists of a mix of luxury apartments and three storey timber frame homes. Working at height on a restricted site presents its own challenges, but the Magn telehandler takes it in its stride, with a lifting height of 25 metres and a reach of up to 19 metres, meaning it can easily access all areas.
