PURPOSE: A telescopic boom of telescopic handler is provided to allow each of boom segments to be simultaneously and subsequently linked by selective operation of actuating cylinder, so that extension and withdrawal operation is made smoothly and a pressurized oil supply line is simplified and is stably supported and guided. CONSTITUTION: A telescopic boom of telescopic handler comprises a first boom segment(22) rotatably fixed to a vehicle body, to which an actuating cylinder(36) being selectively operated according to supply of oil pressure is mounted; a second boom segment(24) to which front end of a driving rod(38) reciprocating according to an operation of the actuating cylinder(36) is fixed; a third and a fourth boom segments(26, 28) mounted to the second boom segment(24) to be capable of withdraw subsequently; and link devices for extending and withdrawing the third and the fourth boom segments(26, 28) simultaneously according to selective operation of the actuating cylinder(36).
