Providing fast and effective emergency response to incidents and staying in touch with stakeholders along rights-of-way are increasingly important issues today. Some of this pressure comes from legal requirements in several federal, state and provincial jurisdictions and the compliance by pipeline operators with these requirements. As a result, operators are taking a closer look at their existing Emergency Response/Stakeholder Relations (ER/SR) programs.
