Kevin Phillips, formerly of Southern Star Central GasrnPipeline, has joined the CECO Pipeline services team as the Wichita Branch Manager. In addition to Phillips, Dennis Thompson, formerly of Hall Construction, was hired to be the lead field superintendent in Wichita.
