Pferd is introducing what it describes as a totally new patented system for changing grinder discs that not only further reduces change-uptime by 75% but also improves grinding productivity. The Combiclick? discs just click into place when presented to the backing pad. One clockwise rotation locks the disk into place. The company says the system virtually eliminates disc curling and the backing pads are engineered with increased air circulation. Almost 100 different Combiclick discs are available in three diameters- 4 1/2-inch, 1/2 inch, 5-inch, and 7-inch, in five grain choices.
