Solaris Water Midstream's flagship Pecos Star System has begun recycling operations and has added new acreage and volume commitments that support a major expansion of the system. Located in the heart of the Permian Basin in Eddy and Lea counties in New Mexico, and Culberson and Lov- ing counties in Texas, the system serves numerous oil and gas producers working in the Delaware Basin. Cavalcade Midstream hired energy industry veteran Tom Russell as its chief financial officer. Most recently, Russell was vice president of Corporate Development at NuStar Energy. He also worked at Valero Energy in various roles. Chevron named Pierre Breber as vice president and chief financial officer. Mark Nelson, vice president of Midstream, Strategy & Planning will succeed Breber as executive vice president of Downstream and Chemicals, while Colin Parfitt, president of Supply & Trading, will become vice president of Midstream. Vacuworx expanded its North American sales force, hiring industry veterans Jeff Baldwin as regional sales manager, Kevin Harvey as Northeast Construction equipment sales manager and Bernie Lailey as business director of Canada. The new additions follow the promotion of Randy Hayes to the expanded role of vice president of Business Development and Strategic Accounts.
