A patented, portable, modular, pre-manufactured gate station is available that can serve as a complete metering and regulation (M&R) facility, multiple modular topside facilities, or as a control building at a liquefied natural gas (LNG) or propane facility. Produced by Northstar Industries, Inc., the gate station/control building can be utilized with a new-design installation project, or with a retrofit of existing facilities. The station facilitates new interconnects by providing a complete system for measuring, heating, odorizing and controlling the process for a remote feed.
