摘要

The results of investigations on creation of the nondestructive test methods of multilayers dielectric objects with plane inrerfaces, carried out at Karpenko Physico-Mechanical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine are presented. These methods allow the determination of the layers thickness, the depths and thicknesses of Stratification and permittivity using the frequency dependence of coefficients of superhighfre- Quency electromagnetic waves reflection. These determinations are based on the solutions of Direct and inverse problems on reflection from the tested objects. The description of some me- Thodics and their estimation are given.
