摘要

In this study, our purpose was to investigate the possibility of using a diamond-like carbon/porous silicon double-layer antireflection coating which is characteriazed by low reflectance, in order to enhance the performance of silicon solar cells and to protect them from various external influences. Experimental results obtained from reflectance measurements showed the possibility of achieving low reflectance value. Theoretical simulations of the reflectance spectra were carried out. The comparison of the reflectance spectrum of such diamond-like carbon/porous silicon double layer antireflection coating with spectra obtained from other types of coating layers showed a much lower reflectance within larger energy range including the UV, visible and infrared regions of the solar spectrum.
