DPWH completes pump priming projects in Zamboanga del Norte

In line with President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's thrust in alleviating poverty by providing employment opportunities through implementation of infrastructure projects especially the rural areas, the Department of Public Works and Highways reported the completion of 117 various infrastructures in Zamboanga del Norte.
