Malaysia Section visits Vietnam

Peter Lee, Secretary of the Malaysia Section, writes as follows: 'I am writing to you about the Overseas Technical Visit of The Permanent Way Institution, Malaysia Section, to Vietnam. Every year we organise a Technical Visit Overseas for our members so that it gives them great opportunity to learn and share their knowledge with other influential railway operators in the region.We visited Vietnam from 6 July to 9 July 2011 (4 days and 3 nights). The delegates comprised 25 members from KTMB personnel and outsiders.
