(CB&I), Trinity Industries Inc. moved on July 8 for partial summary judgment in its lawsuit seeking the cost of cleaning the South Plant, site of a former railcar manufacturing operation, in Greenville, Mercer County. The case is in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
