For the foregoing reasons, this Court should DENY Plaintiffs' Motion. Alternatively, if the Court does grant Plaintiffs' Motion, the Court should amend its scheduling order to permit additional time for fact and expert discovery in this matter based on the new allegations in Plaintiffs' proposed second amended complaint.
