In a reply, Exxon Mobil Corp. contended on Dec. 30 that "permissive intervention" does not preclude discovery of five United States expert reports that are the basis of the government's proposed $365-million consent decree with Cornell-Dubilier Electroncis Inc. over the Cornell-Dubilier Superfund Site in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
