Exxon Mobil Corp. on behalf intervenors sought on July 28 to file a sur-reply to address what it said was information presented for the first time by the United States in support of a $365-million consent decree with Cornell-Dubilier Electroncis Inc. (CDE) over the Cornell-Dubilier Superfund Site in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The case is in federal court for the District of New Jersey.
