Exxon seeks five reports identified by U.S. in support of U.S. motion for $365-million consent order over NJ site

In a motion for reconsideration, Exxon Corp. asked the federal court for the District of New Jersey on Dec. 11 to require the United States to produce five identified reports each of which is the basis for the expert reports submitted by the government in support of its motion to enter a consent order over the 26-acre Cornell-Dubilier Electronics Inc. Superfund Site in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
