The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) petitions for review of the December 12, 2013, order of the Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) which, after remand by this court, granted the application for attorney's fees and costs filed by Hatfield Township Municipal Authority, Horsham Water & Sewer Authority, Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority, Warrington Township Water and Sewer Department, Warwick Township Water and Sewer Authority (together, Hatfield), the Borough of Lansdale (Lansdale), and Chalfont-New Britain Joint Sewage Authority (Chalfont) (collectively, Petitioners). Petitioners have filed cross petitions for review challenging the EHB's award, which reduced the requested amount of attorney's fees and costs. We affirm.
