In a reply brief, Tri-Realty Co, contended on March 19 that Ursinus College itself made the Department of Envionmental Protection's "approval" — which never happened — of its cleanup plan an issue in Tri-Realty's pending summary judgment motions against the college with respect to contamination from heating oil. The case is in federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.(See related article on P. 8 of this issue.)
