The fuel-to-oil heat exchanger is used for cooling of AMG-10 oil that circulates in the Hydraulic pump return line. The heat exchanger has tubular structure made of stainless steel. Hot oil runs from the hydraulic pump to the annular chamber of the heat exchanger and transfers its heat to the fuel in the pipe chamber. Cooled oil runs to the hydraulic compensator. Fuel passes through the heat exchanger and runs to the fuel system. Circulation of oil and fuel in the heat exchanger is shown on Fig. 1. When hydraulic pressure (Resistance of the oil or fuel chamber) increases, valves (7 or 14) are separated from seats under the increased. This ensures proper Cleaning and washing of fuel-to-oil heat exchanger to eliminate chips in oil.
