Endomyocardial biopsy is the gold standard survey for cardiac graft rejection. Signal-averaged electrocardiography (SAECG) identifies slowly conducting, diseased myocardium. We sought to determine whether SAECG is a sensitive, noninvasive transplant surveillance method in the young.
