Faced with a bleak economic outlook,the PCI Board of Directors asked the staff to constructively evaluate all of PCI's programs.This was a challenging task. We assessed the PCIJournal during this task,and I'd like to share part of what I learned. During its many years of publication,the PCI Journal has provided the latest information on precast and prestressed concrete research,design,construction,and industry news.When PCI Journal is,evaluated in terms of its value to PCI members and the precast,prestressed concrete industry,there is no real distinction between the two.It provides equal value to members and to the industry.
