Fellows of PCI will be awarded in October during the 2011 PCI Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nominations should be submitted to PCI Headquarters, Attn; President's Office, 200 W. Adams Street, Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60606 by May 15,2011, for consideration.
