e-Lite IT Transformation Program

摘要

Aspertheformulation of CLP India in 2008, a comprehensive & systematic analysis was done on the business alignment. This was all due to the existing plant centric IT Strategy developed in 2006 and was not sufficient to support the growing business needs. Some of the objectives of the strategy development are categorized in the following areas; general, reducing business operational & project delivery risks. One of the major challenges that they faced was the gap in understanding localization/statutory requirements, since the inhouse IT Team was based at Hong Kong.
