Q - When did you start the company and what is your vision? Rajiv-Empower started its journey in 2010 with a vision to provide skills and employment to underprivileged youth and bridge the gap in skill development area. India would need more than 500 million skilled people by 2022. Our vision is beyond vocational training and provision of livelihood; it is to transform the weakest and the most vulnerable segments of our society, viz. girls, minorities, school drop outs, migrants and disabled into empowered, financially-secure, productive human assets.
