The report by the ITU/UNESCOnBroadband Commission for Digitalndevelopment has been produced usingninterviews and supporting material fromnmore than 20 leaders and experts innthe field, spanning a broad stakeholderngroup of industry, government, academianand international organizations. Thisnalso includes several members of thenBroadband Commission. The reportnidentifies how investments in broadbandncan be leveraged from an environmentalnperspective to address climatenchange, and illustrates the potential ofnbroadband as a solution to the problem.nIt concludes with 10 recommendationsnfor global leaders and policy makers tonturn vision into action for a low carbon,nsustainable future
