Siam Cement To Invest Us$220 Million In Vietnam Paper Plant

Thailand's Siam Cement Group finalised plans to establish Kraft Vina Paper Company, with a total investment of US$220 million, under a licence granted by People's Committee of the southern province of Binh Duong.rnThe company, located in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Zone, will have an annual capacity of 220,000 tonnes, of which 90 per cent will be supplied to the domestic market. The remains will be exported to ASEAN-member countries. The cost for each tonne is estimated around $1,000.
