摘要

Forestry resources are particularly important for papermaking enterprises. Pulp-paper integration is the integration of three separate links of forestry, pulp and paper, forming a virtuous circle industrial chain of paper-based forestry and forest-based paper, thus driving the development of forestry and papermaking industry. Using waste paper to make paper can save a lot of raw fibers, and save energy, water and environmental protection. In this paper, the author analyzes the sustainable development of forestry papermaking enterprises and carbon emission trading based on fuzzy model. In the process of building carbon emissions trading evaluation system, indicators should be selected from all aspects of carbon emissions trading to obtain more accurate evaluation results. Finally, this paper analyzes the method that can improve the effectiveness of carbon emissions trading system from the third level indicators of the carbon emissions trading system.
