Cama has introduced a line to packrnstand-up pouches into display boxesrnwhich comprises a mono-block systemrnwith integrated forming, top loading andrnlidding units.rnThe customer's extremely unstable product (with a speed up to 200/min), needed to be loaded into display boxes (tray and lid) inrnmultiple, stand-up configurations with a productionrnoutput up to 30 display boxes/min.rnConsidering the peculiar characteristics of the product,rnCama engineered a particular loading system capable of handlingrnthe pouches in a vertical position, thereby guaranteeing high production speeds and extreme system reliability.rnFurthermore, the line is capable of loading the pouches in both a flat and stand-up position. The flexibility and the modularity of the system also facilitates control of two production lines using only one operator.rnAdvantages of the loading system include high-system reliability and limited footprint, combined with a clean design, advanced and easily-accessible operator's interface and ample visibility on four sides, meeting this customer's every need.
