Systems Labelling backs IML push with kit spend and contract wins

Systems Labelling has expanded its in-mould labelling (IML) capacity with a second converting machine after a successful move into the technology in 2009.rnThe Deeside-based firm has bought a Gannicott in-mould label converting machine and has also ordered a tenth Mark Andy press for its Runcorn site, which opened 12 months ago.rnSystems Labelling head of marketing Stephen Lloyd said the move into IML had brought two major contracts, one with a cosmetics group and one with a customer in the dairy industry.
