Since 1975, DMS Inc. has provided flexographic printers, web converters and finishers an innovative range of equipment, tooling, accessories, and service to enhance or improve their products or process. DMS precision rotary hot stamping dies are intended for the application of foils and holograms used to enhance packaging. Its FV-Series Hot stamping system features cost-effective and lightweight CNC engraved ring base sleeve dies ranging in widths from 7" to 32". Accessories include hot laminating units, 90° turn bars from 7"-40", TorKit (a digital die pressure gauge), 7" to 20" remote die stations, cold pocket technology, foil stream unwinds, and tape stream unwind and custom designed tooling.
