A couple weeks ago, it hit home for me for the first time that we're approaching a full year of life in the midst of a once-in-a-century pandemic. It was a Tuesday morning and I was plugging away in my home office (read: kitchen), and the internet started going in and out, making my to-do list impossible to complete. So, I started to troubleshoot. First I asked my nearby co-worker (read: wife) if the same thing was happening for her. Of course it was, so I then resorted to my in-depth IT knowledge and unplugged my wireless router. After counting to 10 Mississippi, I plugged it back in and figured the problem would be solved.
