The quality of power supply of an urban medium voltage network

摘要

The quality of power supply takes more and more interest for the appraisal of elec- trical networks in the distribution level. The matrix for the quality of power supply are the quality demands of the customer, the quality of voltage and the reliability of ener- gy supply. Because of topology in 98/100 of the errors in a medium voltage network supply breaks are the result. The restructu- ring of the 10-kV-medium voltage network in Leipzig-Gruenau included the possibili- ties of the reduction of the error rate and of the turn-off time by modifying the network structure and by using telecontrol enginee- ring in the local distribution system.
