"Our freight-rail industry is the envy of the world, as the cleanest, safest, most efficient way to keep America's freight moving."rnAssociation of American Railroads CEO Edward R. Hamberger reiterated that safety is the industry's top priority. Last year marked the lowest accident rate in history for freight railroads, as well as the lowest-ever employee injury rate.
