Everyone's favorite journal, Organizational Research Methods (ORM), has published many highly successful feature topics. Most have to do with statistics, and those that don't tend to have a particular focus such as entrepreneurship or theory development. There have been many recent advances in research design, and it is time for ORM to capture these advances. The purpose of this feature topic is to address contemporary research design issues within the organizational sciences.
