The 155mm DM702 SMART 155 anti-tank round is in serial production for Australian and British procurement. The prime contractor completed the Greek and Swiss production runs in 2007. While the serial production run for German procurement is complete, additional Bundeswehr orders are likely by 2020. In September 2007, the Australia Defence Force placed an order worth $12.38 million for DM702 SMART 155 projectiles. In November 2007, the U.K. Ministry of Defence placed an order worth $170.5 million for the DM702 round. These new orders effectively pick up the slack left by the completion of the Greek and Swiss orders.
