Ask introduced new map capabilities in its AskCity business search that are not in its Ask Maps product. They include a ZIP code business search with the ZIP code boundaries highlighted on the map, reroutable maps, and an embed option. AskCity has joined with Entertainment Publications to offer discount coupons from the Entertainment Book within some AskCity search results. While AskCity is limited to U.S. content, Ask Maps covers the world, and its U.K. version has been updated recently. You must use local spelling in Ask Maps when searching for directions outside the U.S. (for example, Roma for Rome, København for Copenhagen).
