Structuration d’un réseau national et d’une réunion de concertation pluridisciplinaire nationale de recours pour la prise en charge des lymphomes cutanés rares

Primary cutaneous lymphoma refers to a heterogeneous group of entities with various clinical, histological, immunohistological and evolution features, and of which the management requires multidisciplinary expertise. The Groupe Français d’Étude des Lymphomes Cutanés (GFELC) is a national multidisciplinary group that includes dermatologists, pathologists, and molecular biologists from 24 different centres distributed on the whole French territory. The main objective of the Pilot Coordination Unit is the organization of national multidisciplinary consultation meetings aimed at defining diagnostic and therapeutic propositions regarding rare and difficult cases for which no referential treatment exists, and that necessitate expert advice; all advisory procedures will be registered. Another major objective of the GFELC is to make accessible to all patients validated diagnostic tests currently available only in a few centres.
