Clients of the Centrofin have group acquired a resale Aframax from Benor Tankers for $85.0m. Due for delivery in August 2009 the vessel will be built to a specification of 107,500 dwt with a 42 metre beam. The sale gives a good indication of current resale values, which remain stable despite the temporary August lull in the charter markets.
