Scores of Florida marketers who get gasoline from TransMontaigne say that the Denver-based supplier has broadsided them on two fronts: the company wants to change the formulae it uses to calculate gasoline prices for jobbers who pull under the SOJC agreement, and it has given low volume marketers little time to prepare for E10 blends.
